In the first 5 years of life, positive experiences and warm, responsive relationships stimulate children’s development, creating millions of connections in their brains. In fact, children’s brains develop connections faster in the first 5 years than at any other time in their lives.
As a caring community, COBR is dedicated to providing daily essential items to local non-profits, schools, and community programs that support families and children in need. Our goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 0-5 who come from diverse backgrounds, such as those in foster care, experiencing homelessness, or facing difficult times.
Your contributions can truly make a difference in the lives of these children and their families. Together, we can help provide them with the support and compassion they need to thrive.

The Bend and Redmond Kiwanis clubs teamed up for a friendly competition to collect baby wipes for local families in need, highlighting just how many households across our tri-county area rely on community support to care for their little ones.
KTVZ’s Pay It Forward program recognized COBR founder Kiersten Wertheimer for her one-woman mission to fill the gap in baby and children’s supplies across Central Oregon, and the incredible impact she’s made since day one.
